The importance of a good night’s sleep is often underestimated, however it impacts upon mood, energy, thinking processes and even your chance of accidents. (research shows 20% of all car accidents are due to driver tiredness).  Understanding what you can do to manage the quality and quantity of your sleep can be a big step towards improving your overall wellbeing. Specific strategies (sometimes known as sleep hygiene) and cognitive techniques are available to assist you.
